4.3. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at the current rate until renewal.

4.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9.2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tailore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies.

11.3. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
