Customization requests are changes we make to your chatbot on your behalf. This includes tweaking AI behavior, adjusting responses, adding new capabilities, and implementing custom features. Starter tier gets basic adjustments (like FAQ edits and branding changes). Professional tier gets more frequent updates and AI behavior tuning. Business tier gets priority handling, advanced customizations, and custom feature development on request.

Each tier comes with free AI credits ($5 Starter, $10 Professional, $50 Business). When your credits run low, simply top up any amount you need. No commitments or minimums. Professional and Business tiers also have the option to connect their own OpenAI API key if they prefer direct billing. FAQ mode works without any credits and is always unlimited.

Yes! You can upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. If you need to downgrade, changes take effect at your next billing cycle. The setup fee is one-time and non-refundable (it covers the initial work), but you're never locked into a monthly tier.
